Respeno LLC ("Respeno," "we," "us," "our") uses SMS (text message) to send transactional communications to authenticated users of our platform. This page explains how we collect consent, what messages we send, and how to opt out at any time.
Summary. SMS opt-in is collected at account creation through an affirmative checkbox. We send only transactional messages tied to your account activity — order confirmations, shoot reminders, photographer arrivals, and media delivery notifications. We do not send marketing or promotional messages from this number. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
§ 1How We Collect Consent
SMS consent is collected through an affirmative web form during user account creation on the Respeno platform. When you create an account, you provide your mobile phone number in your profile and must check a clearly labeled consent checkbox before SMS communications are enabled on your account.
The exact consent language displayed at account creation reads:
"I agree to receive transactional SMS notifications from Respeno LLC regarding my orders, shoots, and deliveries. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help."
This consent is timestamped and stored alongside the IP address and browser user agent at the time of opt-in. We retain these consent records for the duration of your account and for a reasonable period after account closure for legal and audit purposes.
§ 2What Messages We Send
Respeno's SMS program is strictly transactional. The categories of messages we send include:
- Order confirmations — when a media production order is placed or scheduled on your account.
- Shoot reminders — typically 24 hours before a scheduled appointment.
- Photographer notifications — when the photographer is en route to your property on the day of the shoot.
- Delivery notifications — when finished media is ready and available for download.
- Account and security notifications — password resets, account changes, and security alerts.
We do not use SMS for marketing, promotional, or advertising purposes from this number. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Carrier-related opt-in information will not be shared with third parties.
§ 3Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity. A typical user might receive 2–8 messages per month during periods of active use. Users with high order volume (production company staff managing multiple shoots) may receive more.
You are in control: each message tied to a specific event you've engaged with. You can adjust which categories of notifications you receive (or pause them entirely) at any time through your account settings.
§ 4How to Opt Out
You may opt out of Respeno SMS communications at any time. Three options:
- Reply STOP
- Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message we send. You will receive a final confirmation message and no further SMS from us, unless you opt back in.
- Account Settings
- Disable SMS notifications under Settings → Notifications in your Respeno account. This takes effect immediately.
- Contact Us
- Email support@respeno.com and we'll remove your phone number from our SMS program within one business day.
Opting out of SMS does not affect your account or other communication channels (email, in-app notifications). You'll still receive transactional emails for important account events unless you opt out of those separately.
§ 5How to Opt Back In
If you've previously opted out and want to re-enable SMS, you can:
- Reply START, SUBSCRIBE, YES, or OPT-IN to any prior message from us.
- Re-enable SMS notifications in Settings → Notifications in your Respeno account.

§ 7Costs
Respeno does not charge any fee for SMS messages. However, your mobile carrier may apply standard message and data rates depending on your plan. Check with your carrier if you have questions about your plan's text messaging charges.
§ 8Supported Carriers
Respeno SMS messages are supported on most major US carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, U.S. Cellular, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, and many regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
§ 9Privacy
How we collect, use, and store your mobile phone number and SMS activity is governed by our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy contains the complete details of our data practices, including how we treat your phone number, consent records, and SMS metadata.
§ 10Changes to This Policy
We may update this SMS Consent & Opt-In page from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through in-app notice or email. The "Effective" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
